Measurement instructions
Measure windows correctly for Roman blind installation
on the ceiling
1. Measure width
Measure the width of the A window niche. Add the X desired overhang of the Roman blind on both sides. Recommendation: 100 mm per side.
Before ordering your custom-made Roman blind, it is important that you measure carefully and accurately so that the Roman blind ultimately fits the window perfectly.
A Niche width
B Order width
X = desired overhang
2. Measure height
Measure the height A of your window and then add 200 mm for the package height X so that your Roman blind does not drag and you can easily open the window.
If you enter the sum B as the window height, the configurator will recommend a more precise specification for the package height, which you can use. In general, we recommend choosing a more generous measurement for the package height.
A Window height = Is the area that should be covered by the Roman blind.
B Order height = From the ceiling to the desired unrolling length.
X Pay attention to the package height. Package height = system technology + raised Roman blind fabric. This is approx. 170 mm - 200 mm.
3. Enter dimensions in the configurator
Enter the dimensions determined in this way into the configurator. Please make sure that the dimensions a) are entered in millimeters.
